Customers going live

As our team is concentrating on customer projects during the busiest time of the year, this month’s Customer Story will be replaced by a brief illustrated overview of plants that recently went “live” with our Smart O&M solutions!

SCIP SITA Waste Services, the hazardous waste incinerator of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park (SCIP), owned and operated by a joint-venture of SUEZ NWS and SCIP, upgraded its Coswin and bluebee® solution to the latest versions. SCIP SITA has worked with us since construction in 2006 and is an early adopter of bluebee®. A video case study has previously been released showing how bluebee®, now in its latest Android version, is used at the plant. Many thanks to the site teams who have cooperated with us for so many years!

Shirui Energy Engineering and Technology (Chongqing), a member of SP Group, also known as Singapore Power, built and operates the cooling system of the iconic Raffles City Chongqing complex. Shirui went live with our bluebee® suite, already used during commissioning. The solution is entirely hosted and managed by Siveco China on cloud infrastructure. The excellent Shirui team has been outstanding throughout the project, not to mention all the spicy dinners!

Sino – Singapore SUEZ Environmental Protection Technology (Suzhou) manages a new hazardous waste incinerator located in Suzhou. The plant went live with Coswin 8i, incorporating Suez NWS group best practices for O&M, in time for the plant startup. Siveco is providing similar support for all Suez Recycling & Recovery infrastructures in Asia, enjoying excellent cooperation with this prestigious client and their friendly O&M teams throughout the region.

Yangzhou Taiyo Nippon Sanso Semiconductor Gases (YTNS), a subsidiary of Japan’s largest industrial gases producer, went live with bluebee® on two sites. The Smart O&M system is hosted on cloud by Siveco. We thank the YTNS team for their hard work in this project with us!

Chonburi Clean Energy (CCE), a 8.63 MW Waste-to-Energy (WTE) plant under construction near Bangkok in Thailand, will be the first in Southeast Asia to meet European emission standards, has started using Coswin 8i covering maintenance, stock and purchasing, interfaced with the Oracle ERP. Great team work between Siveco and CCE’s two joint venture partners Glow and Suez NWS! This is the third Siveco client in Thailand.

Not all recent “live” projects are mentioned here, as we continue to rollout Coswin to more sites of industrial gas giants Baosteel Gases and Yingde Gas, water plants of Hongcheng Group, Zhongshan Water and Suez NWS, and many more. Our teams are busy traveling all over the world on projects and enjoying (almost) every moment spent with our great customers!
