Don’t forget maintenance improvement for left-over 2015 budgets and for 2016!

Dear Readers,

Have you read our “On the Road” case study book yet? Since its release, we got tons of good feedback and even a few customers “complaining” their story was not included in the book… So you can expect more stories to be published in our newsletter in the coming months, stories of hidden losses and great ROI from maintenance improvement initiatives. We hope these stories will inspire more projects in 2016! If you haven’t read the book, I have included the link below. We always welcome your ideas and feedback, please do not hesitate to contact me or Siveco colleagues!

I would like to take the opportunity of this foreword to ask two questions:

Do you have leftover budgets for this year? Have you thought about using it to run a maintenance improvement project, in the form of an audit, a Coswin 8i upgrade, the implementation of bluebee®, etc.? It is not too late!

Have you budgeted maintenance projects in 2016? Make sure you did not forget to budget for your annual Siveco support contract (enhanced or not), for planned expansion of system usage or additional services, etc.

A hot topic remains Coswin 8i upgrades, as more and more of our Coswin 7i clients are upgrading to the new version and all new projects start with Coswin 8i. This month, the Reliability section features the 3 reasons maintenance managers want to upgrade to Coswin 8i. The customer story is that of Chongqing Sino French Water, who was nominated for the annual Sino French Water Innovation Trophies for its mobile inspection project. Tips & Tricks focus on using Coswin 8i on tablets. In get to know the Siveco people, you will hear about our latest team building activities and the maintenance training we conducted for Suez China.

Enjoy!
