Keep strong!

Dear Reader,

You probably wonder, just as I do, where did the first half of 2020 go…? We have all been very busy fighting our battles, dealing with the challenges brought by COVID-19 and others. In previous newsletters we have shared some of our clients’ experience in the crisis, this month I just want to tell everyone to keep strong! And to all our faithful, trusted, customers: do not hesitate to let us know if we can help in any way!

This month we are back to the full quarterly edition of the newsletter with lots of content:

The Reliability article on “Supporting the lifecycle of energy infrastructures with Smart O&M” was previously published in the magazine of the Asia Pacific Urban Energy Association. The article includes short case studies of Energy clients: Chonburi Clean Energy (Thailand), Raffles City Chongqing District Cooling Plant (China), Hanas New Energy (China), Ranhill Powertron II (Malaysia), Algerian Mega-Project, Yingde Gases (China).
Our Customer story features Yangzhou Taiyo Nippon Sanso Semiconductor Gases, a brilliant company with a great team producing specialty gases for the semiconductor industry, and how they control their plant maintenance risks with bluebee®.
The Siveco people article shares our support team’s experience conducting remote maintenance assessments in LNG, Waste-to-Energy and iron-making plants. Support was the first department to go back to work during the crisis, before the end of the Chinese New Year holidays, they have received lots of praises by customers and we are very proud of them!
Tips & Tricks tells of our interactive dashboard solution used on large touchscreens, giving unprecedented visibility into O&M. Most of the screenshots shown in this article are from New Energy clients.

The Energy industry, and in particular New Energy, is a key focus market for Siveco in China and from China. In the past 15 years, we have designed a new approach and developed innovative solutions in our Shanghai R&D center, to tackle the specific challenges of multisite, fast growing, energy infrastructures thanks to our experience in the Chinese market and with Chinese EPC companies abroad.

I will take this chance to say that this newsletter, whether you read it in your email, on our website or on WeChat, is not just one-way communication. As you can see, many clients contribute content through the Customer stories, but we also get lots of comments on social media in particular, LinkedIn for example. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us in whichever way you prefer, email, WeChat, LinkedIn to share your ideas, ask questions, enquire as to our services, make suggestions, propose content!

Keep strong!
