Belt & Road: Siveco Customer Service team visits two Thailand customers

In December, Siveco Customer Service Manager Sunny Wang and Business Development Manager Stanley Xu visited two Thailand customers Daramic Thailand and Essilor Optical Limited Thailand (EOLT) as part of the company’s customer care program. Siveco already has a strong presence in Southeast Asia, with clients in Brunei, Laos, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and of course Thailand, a priority for our regional development, with already four multisite customers in this beautiful country.

On Dec 17, Siveco team went to Daramic Thailand in Prachinburi for in-depth communication with end-users and managers. The Daramic team shared their experience with Coswin and recent organization changes, while Siveco conducted training on advance usage of the equipment calendar and diagram editor tool. Both sides had a very practical discussion, with extensive Q&A. On Dec 20, Siveco visited EOLT in Chonburi and introduced themselves to the customer’s new maintenance team, providing guidance and practical advice for their Coswin usage to support continuous improvement.

The Siveco team introduced bluebee® to both two customers and demonstrated the specific usage of this mobile solution to support best asset management practices, in particular for inspections (both production and maintenance). Both customers raised great interests in the benefits of implementing bluebee® and jointly agreed to discuss the further cooperation in the future.

Finally, Siveco shared the company’s strategy to develop the Thailand market, with already four large clients. A dedicated team has been appointed for business development, coordinating several partners in Bangkok. Siveco project and support teams travel regularly to Thailand to support ongoing projects and existing clients. The second Thailand customers sharing session (the first was held last year) will take place during the first quarter of 2020, allowing all clients to exchange experience and tips. Also in Q1, a seminar dedicated to energy clients will be held with the Asia Pacific Urban Energy Association (APUEA) in Bangkok. The bluebee® app will be released in Thai as part of a new project starting with a waste treatment plant.

Siveco always put efforts in continuously improving customers’ performance through different kinds of support services: traditional software maintenance, open training classes, on-site visits, yearly on-site assessments and sharing sessions. Support services, managed centrally by Siveco Shanghai, are available across the region and for Belt & Road clients.

Many thanks to both our customers, Daramic and Essilor, for their support in arranging the visits, we hope these valuable exchanges will help bring maintenance and asset management to a new level. See you again soon in Thailand!
