Cross-Straits support

After go-live, the CMMS project of SITA Waste Services in Taiwan, at the Renwu Waste-to-Energy plant (featured in this month Customer story), entered its Enhance Maintenance Support phase. As part of the support scope, Siveco’s Customer Service Manager Sunny Wang visited the customer onsite and conducted the first yearly system assessment on September 10, 2014. Results show that the system is running quite well at the Renwu plant due to good planning and working habit. Both client and Siveco had fruitful exchange during the trip. Eager to escape the daily office routine, our support team members are always willing to go on site to have face-to-face meetings with customers. More reports of support trips (recently in the Sichuan region) will appear in upcoming newsletters.
