Siveco partners with Learning Tribes to develop the first ever Maintenance digital training program in China

The partnership

 

Siveco and Learning Tribes initiated their partnership in China at a Business France event in Shanghai. One was looking for a solid vendor in Learning and Development which could accompany them, the other was looking to expand its local industrial footprint with innovative business model references.

 

“We had to answer the need to digitize locally our in-house expertise for Maintenance and we quickly realized that Learning Tribes was the perfect partner to setup such a project from scratch”, comments Guillaume Gimonet, Siveco Operations Director.

 

Thanks to a great mutual understanding, a solid team spirit and a shared vision, this cooperation originated bluehoney, China first digital learning platform for maintenance management.

Fully designed in Chinese, by Maintenance profesionals to Maintenance profesionals, this digital course allows every learner to access quickly and simply to a deep and practical understanding of all key maintenance concepts and methods.

 

bluehoney is hosted on the specific SaaS Learning Management System (LMS) platform Triboo and aims to initiate a new digital business model by complementing Siveco’s current offline offering.
